The beans in every cup we pour are ethically sourced and roasted here on the island, a few miles from our counter.
We spent months tasting with our roaster before we opened, looking for a house blend that holds its own in a flat white and still tastes bright and sweet as an espresso.
The result is a medium roast with notes of cocoa and dried fruit, and a clean finish that works just as well iced on a hot afternoon.
From bean to cup
Roasting locally means our beans are always fresh. We take small deliveries every week, so nothing sits on the shelf for long.
It also means we know exactly where our coffee comes from, and that the farmers who grow it are paid fairly.
You can take it home too: whole bean or ground, from the Deli & pantry shelf, or as part of a regular order.
Good coffee starts long before it reaches the cup.
